Termite baiting is designed to intercept subterranean termites before they attack the structure. In essence, once termites are inside the structure, the structure is then the bait.
If there is some reason why you can't use a liquid termiticide indoors such as plenum construction, water well, or some environmental issue, then I would highly recommend to use Termidor Foam in the wall voids or whereever the termites are active BEFORE installing any bait stations outdoors.
Kill the active termites indoors first, stop the activity, and then use a bait system to monitor activity outdoors. Don't depend on a bait system outdoors to kill activity indoors. This goes for all termites currently available.
