Multicolored Asian Lady beetles and Box elder bugs are both very difficult to control. Asian beetles usually come from fields that are cut down in the fall, and treating these areas is usually impossible. Box elder bugs come from a variety of trees including box elder trees and maple trees. The trees need to be treated as well as everything else you need to do.
There is no easy fix as you probably can tell by now.
Demon Wp can give some control, as it will kill the beetles, bugs that it contacts, but it will not totally eliminate the problem. The main issue however, is that you cannot spray everything outdoors, and when you kill them, hundreds more can reinfest within hours or days.
My advice indoors is to vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. Don't poison yourself indoors trying to kill them. Use a vacuum cleaner and suck them up.
Outdoors (assuming that you have already sealed up cracks, crevices and places where they can enter) use Demon WP to treat the base of the house and around the windows, doors and according to label directions.
If they can get inside, then sealing up the places where they can get in is the first priority. Spraying is second.
To answer you question about Demon Wp, 1 gallon will treat the base and outer perimeter, around windows, etc, of a typical house. That's about it.
