Tightening the KM AntPro to match the arrows

In 2025 I set out 4 KM AntPro bait stations to kill large black ants coming into the house. It worked! Now in 2026, I ordered refil containers & refilled the bait stations in April, 2026. We are seeing black ants again in June, 2026, so I went out to check the bait stations, and 3 out of the 4 still had bait liquid in them. One of the stations was dead empty! I want to make certain I am screwing it down correctly because I see 2 raised arrows on the base of the bait station and 3 corresponding raised arrows on the bait reservoir bulb. One of the arrows is your decal.
My question is: If I tighten the reservoir bulb down tight, none of the arrows match up. Also, with the reservoir bulb down tight, the space between the base and lip of the bulb is so small, I can't see where a larger ant could even get into the bait tray?

I ordered the Greenway Ant Bait. Can I dilute this with tap water say 1 to 1 ratio? I'd like to stretch it as far as I can. BTW love this product with KM Ant Pro system. Been using it for years. Question 2: I have large European Hornets coming thru my yard, looking around it seems, and hanging around some of the dirt piles on the ground. The nest must be nearby but not in my yard. What can I do to keep them away? Any suggestions?

I have a severe cochineal scale infestation on my prickly pear cactus. I’m trying to order Dinotefuran systemic pesticide. Can this be shipped to me in Palm Springs CA.
