The simply is answer is no. It's legal because of possible drift of the chemical into water. Any of the natural products such as Essentria IC3, EcoSafe Cobweb Cleanup, EcoICU, or even Mosquito Barrier (Garlic) can be used safely. These products do require repeat applications on a regular basis for control.
