The amount to treat 1200 square feet is 120 gallons. 1 gallon per 10 square feet. You will need to either spray by hand (very cumbersome) or use a hydraulic sprayer. You can probably rent one at any rental center. It just needs to be capable of sprayin liquids at around 3-5 gallons per minute.
