Not sure why you would want to do that. It would leave a powdery residue all over. The car would look like it was dunked in flour in you sprayed enough..... It would also probably ding the paint at some point, as would any pesticide.
Its not labeled to be sprayed on cars, so the actual application could violate label directions, although I am certain somewhere, someone had probably done this.
Why not just wash it with soap and water?
