Probably aren't technically weevils, but some form of grain beetle. Maybe a flour beetle or granary beetle. Here is a link to how to get rid of flour beetles - http://www.epestsupply.com/red-confused-flour-beetles.php.
The treatment for FOOD Pests is always the same, regardless of what the insect is.
The infested pantry must be totally emptied and cleaned thoroughly, vacuumed, etc. Then spray with a suitable pesticide such Suspend or Temprid.
Before you put anything back into the pantry, EVERY food item must be inspected. ALL grains, flours, etc must be opened and inspected. I recommend to open them an dump them into a large bowl. Sift through the contents and if you find any beetles, throw it away.
All whole grains including flours, rice, etc are suspect. The only thing not a suspect would be something in a can or bottle. If it is in a paper or plastic bag, box, etc, then it is suspect.
Take a look at the flour beetle page and get some ideas on how to do this. If you need help, let me know.
