Hi Scott, Bora Care will work great with Pro Foam Platinum. The amount of Pro Foam you will need depends on the hardness of the water. There is really not an exact measurement, you just have to mix it and see what consistency you get.
Here is the label wording on foam applications -
Foam application: Apply Bora-Care solution to
bare wood surfaces and void areas as a foam by mixing 2
parts water with 1 part Bora-Care (2:1) and adding 3 to 8
ounces of foaming agent per gallon of mixed solution.
Foam will take approximately 1 hour to return to liquid
state and soak into bare wood. Apply foamed Bora-Care
solution to void spaces at a 1:20 to 1:30 foam ratio (1
gallon of mixed solution expanded with foaming agent to
produce 20 to 30 gallons of foam). Apply enough foam to
fill void and contact all wood surfaces in the void space.

The amount you will need to treat a 10' x 10' area will depend on the density of the foam. Also if you are simply drilling holes into a hollow wall void and "shooting in the blind", you will not know exactly when the void fills up.
What we normally do is drill a hole 6 inches up from the baseboard. We then drill another hole 12" up from the baseboard. We apply the foam into the first hole and then wait for it to "rise" to the level of the second hole. We use a stopwatch to see how long it takes. This will give you a 1 foot application rate. If it is 10 feet high, then your time will be 10 times the 1 foot rate. If it takes 20 seconds to fill 1 foot then the 10 foot application will be 200 seconds.
This has to be done for every wall section or stud section.
Typically, for subterranean termites, only 1 foot is treated at the base of the wall, not the entire wall.
For fungus, drywood termites, you may need to treat the entire wall.
The 8 oz bottle will probably only fill the foamer 2 - 3 times. This may only treat 1 - 2 stud sections 10 feet high at best.
It sounds like you may need more Pro Foam, probably the gallon size to be safe. Here is the link - http://www.epestsupply.com/product/PR...
Hope this helps.
