Fumigation for drywood termites in a piano can be extremely hazardous, and depending on the condition of the piano, damaging to the contents, wires, etc.
The main issue is that the only fumigant available for this type of treatment is Vikane, and it is a restricted use fumigant. This means that you have to have a fumigators license, permit, etc to purchase and use it.
I would recommend to go to the National Pest Management Association Website at www.pestworld.com and search out a reputable fumigation company with a fumigation vault.
Fumigating anything in your home is not practical or safe, unless the entire home is fumigated.
