How well does the Fly B Gone trap work on biting black flies? We're in southern California. (Pest Questions)

The Flys Be Gone Fly Trap works on almost any fly that is attracted to decaying matter. The Bio Mass attractant works well to attract almost any species of fly. This trap is sold to the US Military and is widely used in Iraq and Afghanistan where the flies are ferocious. I would think that Black Flies would be captured by this trap.
