The only way to get rid of Asian Lady Beetles is to completely seal the exterior of the house so that they cannot crawl inside (which may be impossible), vacuum up as many as you can find with a shop vac, and then perform continual treatments with a residual pesticide product such as Onslaught Fastcap.
The way to do this is to mix Onslaught in a regular pump up sprayer such as the Chapin Home and Garden Sprayer, and then apply to all outside surfaces of the home except windows and roof. Spray the foundation, around windows doors, eaves, and the siding. The yard can also be sprayed.
This is the only effective treatment that we have found that provides some control and protection. Repeated treatments every few weeks until the problem subsides is also necessary.
Inside areas such as the attic, baseboards, window sills, etc, can also be sprayed.
I don't know what your idea of low cost is, but the per gallon cost of Onslaught is under $4.00. Considering that you have perform repeated treatments, it doesn't get any more low cost or more effective.
Hope this helps.
