There are no granulated insecticides that are registered or labeled for food crops that are sold commercially. Almost all EPA registered insecticides for food crops are sprays, and the reason is, that a spray applied to a plant must kill the insect on the plant, and then dissipate as quickly as possible.
Granules, controlled release, and suspended concentrates are generally not labeled for use on edible plants, or gardens, but can be applied to ornamental plants, shrubs and trees. Big difference. Be sure to read the label directions on any pesticide BEFORE you apply to edible plants. If you have any questions, I am here to help.
