If you see winged termites in any room of your home, then that is an indication of a termite infestation. Probably Subterranean termites since it is March and that is the species that is currently the most active.

Simply vacuum up the swarming termites, they don't bite and they are harmless. They also usually die very soon after swarming.

You need to consider a termite treatment for the entire home. I personally recommend either using a bait system such as the Advance Termite Bait system, or using a chemical treatment such as Termidor.
