Yes, please contact Diana at customercare@epestsupply.com for shipping information. It has to be shipped by Ground. It is an aerosol and cannot be shipped by air.

If you are talking about Canadian Black Flies, such as those found around rivers, streams, and outdoors, there is nothing we sell that will work. If you are talking about indoor flies, then CB80 tends to work fairly well at knocking them down. Electronic fly traps, etc, don't work on black flies.
