Demand CS will last around 2 years in the bottle if kept in a constant temperature room such as a pantry, storeroom, etc.
Once mixed with water, it will last around 2 days. The chlorine and chemicals in tap water will basically destroy the chemical solution. So apply and use whatever you mix within 2 days.
Once applied, Demand CS has a residual indoors of around 120 days.
