Sulfluramide is a professional quality fumigant (gas) that has to be applied by a licensed fumigator. It is not available for retail purchase. Amdro Ant Block will not kill them either.
The only thing I can suggest is to use a drip bucket. where you mix a solution of any chemical pesticide such as Bifen, Cyonara, Tengard, etc, and allow it to drip out of a small hole in the bottom of the bucket into their mound or nest over a period of hours or days. A 55 gallon barrel works best with a very small hole in the bottom. You have to find the nest or nests to make this work.
There are no baits that are available for leaf cutters that are easy to apply that I am aware of at this time. Reason is that leaf cutters don't and will not feed on a commercial bait. They feed on a fungus that is grown within their colony on the leaves that they carry into their nest.
Hope this helps.
