Most termite treatment failures are a result of improper application, premature chemical breakdown, or issues surrounding construction that prevent a proper chemical barrier application between the foundation and soil below the foundation.
The question is, what chemical was used, when was it used and where are the termites reoccuring.
If Termidor was used, then the proper application was probably not achieved, and a retreatment with Termidor needs to be used in the areas where the termites are present. Termidor Foam is great for wall void treatments, etc. Here is the link - http://www.epestsupply.com/product/TE...
If any other chemical was used, then I would recommend to retreat with Termidor all of the areas where the other chemical was used.
If a termite bait system was used, then either the termites have not had a chance to feed on a sufficient quantity of bait, or the system has not had time to even work.
In any case, Termidor, Taurus and nothing else is what I recommend. The actual treatment will vary depending on how the structure is built. You can send me pictures of the damage and house, or you can call a local Pest Control company for a "FREE Inspection" and "ask questions" and then do it yourself.
