Here is the technical answer direct from the label -
Wear protective eyewear (goggles, face shield, or safety glasses). Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum or using tobacco. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. As this product is contained within a water-soluble packet, handlers should wear shirt, pants, socks, shoes and waterproof gloves. All pesticide handlers must wear protective eyewear and a respiratory protection device when working in a non-ventilated or poorly ventilated spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics. Use a NIOSH approved respirator with an organic vapor (OV) cartridge or canister with any N, R, P or HE prefilter.
It's funny, but if you read the label on most household cleaners, they say the same thing. What do I wear? I wear long pants, a long sleeved shirt, boots, rubber gloves, and stay upwind when applying it outdoors.
After application, remove all of your clothes and wash them in warm soapy water, take a shower, change clothes and go have dinner.
