I only found 1 bedbug on my bed, should I treat anyways?

I only found one bed bug on my mattress, after a thorough inspection I haven't found any other signs. Should I still treat my room? I have a 1year old son so chemicals are scary.

If you found a single bed bug, there is a 99% chance there are more. There is the remote possibility that you found a lone bug, but I wouldn't bet on it.
