Demon WP can be mixed at either 1 packet per gallon of water or 2 packets per gallon of water. I only recommend using 2 packets per gallon of water outdoors, as this amount of powder tends to leave a powdery residue that can be very visible on dark surfaces. 2 packets per gallon of water is very strong and will work better, but due to the potential for the residue, I normally don't recommend it indoors.
