Bugs in bathtub and beetle larvae

I've found a few bugs in my bathtub drain mesh and they are white when wet, but turn brownish when dry. My cat saw one in the kitchen and I managed to catch it and dispose of it. I have a problem with small, black carpet beetles that I think have flown in throw my screens, and I see theiir larvae around the house, but these don't look like the larvae, although it's possible it's a later stage. I'm attaching a photo of the bugs I've found in the bathroom. It's a two photo collage of the same one.

This is what the larvae looks like. The photo is from a website I found. I'll try to upload an exact photo the next time I see one.

Is there way to get rid of these things that's safe for cats? I've read that constant vaccuming and finding their nest is the best way to get rid of the larvae and beetles.

Thats a sow bug. They are harmless and come from outdoors and from humid areas such as under the bathtub. Treating the outer perimeter with Demon WP or a granular insecticide will help to solve the problem.

The second photo is of dermistids. These buggers are difficult to control. I need much more information to determine a solution. Where you live, how many you are finding, damage to clothing, rugs, etc..
