Thats a sow bug. They are harmless and come from outdoors and from humid areas such as under the bathtub. Treating the outer perimeter with Demon WP or a granular insecticide will help to solve the problem.
The second photo is of dermistids. These buggers are difficult to control. I need much more information to determine a solution. Where you live, how many you are finding, damage to clothing, rugs, etc..
