Where is this located (zone) and is it for residential or commercial use? Also, what size of property and how old is the grass?

Can it be used on St. Augustine (Floratam variety) or Centipede grass?
I'm specifically targeting Marsh Parsley that is spreading like wild fire...I'll target each plant or broadcast spray, but I know St. Augustine has problems with some herbicides. Thanks for the help.
