Not bed bugs. These are the larvae stage of some kind of beetle. Could be a carpet beetle larvae, but carpet beetles are just a generic term for what are called "dermistid" beetles. There are many many species of dermistid beetles, some of which eat natural carpets made of wool or even cotton. They do not eat synthetic fibers which are found in MOST of todays carpets.
