Typically, heat remediation treatments are 90% effective. That means it kills 90% of the bedbugs. The other 10% are left to propogate and start all over. I would recommend a complete insecticide treatment using either Transport Micron or Temprid insecticides. Pull the casings off of the mattresses and inspect for activity. Retreat all the mattresses, box springs, etc and then reinstall the casings. Also bed frame, nightstands, and yes even tongue and groove paneling needs to be treated and or at least inspected. This requires doing this 3 times. 3 treatment minimum in most cases to control bed bugs. 1 treatment heat remediation, fumigation or a insecticide treatments rarely solve the problem.
