Spectracide Terminate is not designed to be placed into cement. If at all possible, place the Terminate around the outside edge of patio's, driveways, sidewalk's, etc. Make this simple, not difficult. This is a DIY product.
If you determine that a more sophisticated treatment is necessary, then consider calling a local termite control company that can give you a free written estimate. This way, you can ask questions and get expert advice first hand. Then you can make a decision as to whether you want to let them do it, or do it yourself.
I will tell you this, I do not like drilling through anything to place termite bait. The problem is that the debris from drilling often falls into the hole and is not removable. This can create a barrier that repels termites. My opinion is that if you need to drill along expansion joints, or whatever, then a chemical such as Termidor should be used.
