In an effort to get rid of nesting barn birds, will horses eat the hay stored in a barn sprayed with rejex-it?
Have a flock of birds that will not leave the barn and poop all over everything. Want to get them out without killing them but don't want to impact the horses either.

I have never had a report of horses not eating hay sprayed with Bird Stop, but then again no one has ever asked this question. The active ingredient is a derivative of grape seed extract. Bird Stop doesn't exactly smell like grapes, and can have a bitter somewhat terrible smell. Otherwise, it would not repel birds.
My best advice is to test a small area and see what happens. Hope this helps.
