In general terms, liquid soil treatments using Termidor and wood treatments using BoraCare or Timbor will kill subterranean termites when used properly. Drywood termites require a different treatment altogether. The wood has to be treated directly for drywood termites.
The subterreanean termites colonies are usually larger and can do more damage in a shorter period of time, I would take care of them first. Drywood termite colonies are much smaller and less aggressive. Once the subs are taken care of, then concentrate on the drywoods.
