Gourmet ant bait will no effect on termites. It is an above ground level bait system for ants. Subterranean termites lives below ground. The only way to kill them is to use an in-ground or below ground baiting system. The best bait system for subterranean termites is the Hex Pro Termite Baiting System. Unfortunately, like most of the pro quality products we sell that are legal in 48 other states, Hex Pro is not for retail sale in NY - only to licensed pest control operators. The only products that I can recommend for termites in NY are the same as those sold in Hardware stores such as Home Depot and Lowes.
