In my opinion, neem as with other organic pesticides can be just as harmful as manufactured pesticides. I don't understand the thinking of some people that if something is organic it is safe. Arsenic is organic. Bleach is organic. Chlorine gas is organic. This substances will kill you. So just because it says its organic does not mean that it is safe. It is marketing by the manufacturers, simple as that.
The EPA makes them place certain words on the product labels and directions. The words you are describing are required by the EPA. In my opinion, if you get it on your skin, absolutely wash it off. If it is sprayed on vegetables, wash them off too. Hope this helps.
