Unless you can actually see the mites crawling on you, and you have blisters and bites that are visible, then it is a near 100% chance that it is not insect related and it is not a mite. What probably is causing this is a skin disorder, beginning stages of neuropathy (nerve disorder), allergies, etc. DO NOT SPRAY any insecticide unless you have an actual biting insect that is very visible that can be easily identified.
