Without pictures and lots questions, it sounds like it is either ant dirt or some type of insect debris. Not sure. Do you have pictures you can send? ron@epestsupply.com
Black piles on bottom or wall and now piles a way from wall I clean them and they come back days latter
Insect or mold? Only in a added on addition to the house
