No, Martins Viper Insecticide is not labeled to be used on Mattresses. I assume you are referring to Bed Bugs. The best products to use for Bed Bugs are Temprid SC, CrossFire, and Demand CS. Any of these products works well.
Viper is a very strong insecticide that is best used outdoors. I normally don't even recommend to use it indoors, although the label permits it to be used on baseboards and in cracks and crevices only. Cypermethrin the active ingredient has a high degree of skin irritation. If you spray the mattress and somehow get it on your skin, it will feel like a sunburn and could cause an allergic reaction.
