Use some 288I traps and place them under the seats and see if you capture any. If so, then you may need to treat the car. In most cases, insects don't live inside cars because there is no food source and it is too hot. It is possible that they could live in the trunk or under the car or in the motor compartment. Treating inside the car is not recommended unless you find actual spiders living there.
