This product can be mixed at different rates depending on the pest you are trying to kill. It can be mixed at a low rate and you can get up to 50 gallons of diluted spray or at a high rate (double rate) and get 25 gallons. Typically, 1 gallon of spray will cover about 1,000 square feet. So do the math - at the low rate about 50,000 square feet or the low rate about 25,000 square feet. It all depends on how strong you mix it.
