Has your home been preventively treated for subterranean termites? I would highly recommend treating the soil around the structure with Termidor, a little prevention goes a long ways.
Neighbor had Formosa termite that destroyed a 6 ft x 9 ft interior wall. We have zero lot line.Anything need to do?
