have an infectation of small white bugs that cover the screen around the house and pool area, don't bite

there are thousands that swarm around you when you walk by, hey don't seem to move around much until something passes by. Is there a spray
that we could use but would not hurt the screening?? First time in 14 years in central Florida.

Unless you know exactly what insect it is, I can only give general advice. Outdoor treatments with products such as Bifen XTS or Talstar can help. It all depends on what insect it is, the life cycle, etc. Do you have a sample or a picture you can send?
