Can you place bait stations under a mobile home?
I find a couple of carpenter ants a week inside the house and several a week in one particular window sill but do not see any sign of sill damage or entry point.

KM Ant Pros are placed outdoors where ants are found and would normally feed. The reason is that they replace the ants natural food sources which are insects, plant juices, honey dew, etc. Placing them under a home, in an attic, etc defeats the purpose of allowing the ants to find them naturally and accept them as their food source. All I can tell you is to try it, and if it doesn't work, place them outdoors. The normal placements are near shrubs, under decks, trees, and places where they might normally find their regular food.
