KM Ant Pro Liquid Ant Bait Kit
I purchased the KM Ant Pro Liquid Ant Bait Kit and placed the feeding devices correcttly as instructed. This kit was purchased to control Argentine ants and the ants have been present on the property to most likely be part of a super colony. I have placed the feeding stations right next to what I would call an ant super highway with a stream of ants flowing by right at the base of the station. It has been only 24 hours but I would have thought I would see at least some curiosity displayed by the ants but there is none to be seen. How long should I give this method before conceding that the ants will not be using the stations and thus, the Gourmet Bait?

It can take several weeks for the ants to begin feeding on the bait and then after they begin feeding several more weeks to die. Depending on the size of the colony, it could take a while to begin to see any results. Typically you won't see ants feeding (they feed at night primarily), you won't see piles of dead ants either. What you will notice is a gradual decline in the population to almost nothing. It's not spectacular, but it works. After 8 or so weeks if you haven't gotten control, let me know. We will go to plan B.
