The chickens should be fine if they peck or eat a dead mouse or rat. Ramik does not have "secondary poisoning". So if the mouse eats the bait and dies, the chickens should not be effected by eating the mouse body tissues.
The only possible way that they mouse or rat could have an effect is if the chicken tears open the rodents gut and eats undigested rodent bait. That is very rare, and usually the amount that a rodent stomach can hold is not enough to harm a larger animal. I would not be concerned.
