Found bed bug

I was cleaning my nightstand when i found a bed bug. I killed it and inspected the rest of my nightstand. No other bed bugs. I searched my mattress but didnt see any others or evidence of them. Can this be the only one? Also it has a pointy tip on end of butt. Not sure if it's Male ir female. I'm also getting my apartment sprayed today for cockroaches. If there is any other bed bugs will they die too?

If you found a single bed bug in your nightstand, then I would highly recommend to check the mattress. Mattresses are much more prone to bed bug infestations than nightstands. Here is a good read on how to kill bed bugs fast -
