Didn't have much of a problem with bugs inside, until the gardener sprayed outside a few days ago. is this common?

Didn't have much of a problem with bugs inside, until the gardener sprayed outside a few days ago. is this common? they appear to be dying, but there are literally hundreds. This was not the case until the lawn was sprayed. Thought I'd wait a couple of days to see if the number decreases.

Typically, anytime pesticides are sprayed, insects will run from them. Most insecticides kill fairly quickly, but the insects that are not killed will be repelled and move away.

It is very common for pesticides used outdoors to cause pests to move indoors, or at the very least become much more active.

Unless these insects have had a toxic dose of pesticide, they probably won't die very quickly.

You may have to resort to treating the inside of your home with Demon WP or at the very least using bug traps such as the ePest IPM Bug Trap. Good luck with your war on bugs and keeping them out.
