Termidor Foam. Foam it into wall voids where the termites are found. Simply make a small hole with a nail in between each stud a few inches above the baseboard. Inject the Termidor foam about 10 seconds in each hole. This is for a slab foundation with standard walls, studs, etc. Bath traps (areas under bathtubs where plumbing penetrates the slab) should also be treated. Make an access to get under the bathtub and use a flashlight to see the plumbing, and then foam away and saturate the soil around the pipes.
Pier and beam structures will require treatment under the structure along foundation walls, piers, plumbing etc. This is done by trenching and treating the soil with Termidor SC.
Both slabs and pier and beam structures as well as others, may need exterior treatment too. This is performed by trenching and treating the perimeter with Termidor SC.
Here is a link to a page that explains more about chemical treatment methods for subterranean termites.
