Treating for subterranean termites can be an easy project once your figure out what to do. In most cases, I recommend to contact a local termite company that can give you specific treatments and ideas on what they would do to solve the problem. Most give free estimates. At that point you can either have them do it or do it yourself.
If termites are inside a wall and the foundation is a slab, it could be as easy as using Termidor Foam inside the wall to treat around the plumbing lines. Termites usually enter slab foundations from underneath and enter around plumbing lines or cracks in the slab.
Using a spot treatment with Termidor Foam (if available in your State) and also using a bait system to kill them is the easiest and most practical way for homeowners to kill them. Here is a link to those products -
