Hi Joe, my standard response with Asthma sufferers, (both of my children had severe asthma growing up), is that anything you spray into the air could trigger an attack. This goes for any kind of spray regardless of what it is. So sprays are out.
A great product that we carry for flies that can be applied to windows and window sills, frames, etc, is Maxforce Fly Spot Bait. This product is a granule that can be diluted with water, and then applied with a paint brush, roller or even misted with a windex type spray bottle. When the flies land on it, it kills them. It has no odor, and should not be a problem with Asthma.
Another good product is the Fly Web Fly Light. Just plug it in close to the flies, and it will capture them. This product works best at night when the lights are off.
We also carry the Stick A Fly fly trap. Works great. Just hang it on the wall or from the ceiling.
We carry many more products for flies, you can see the entire catalog - click here
As you can see, I only recommend traps or baits. No sprays around anyone with Asthma.
Thanks!
