The amount of chemicals you will need to last a full season depends on how often you apply the chemicals. In most areas of the USA, applications every 3-4 weeks are needed. The amount of pesticide in most cases is around 8 gallons of finished product per acre. So for 3/4 acre, roughly 5-6 gallons of diluted chemical would be necessary. The amount of concentrate you purchase is up to you. The 16 oz bottle of Onslaught Fastcap makes about 16 gallons of spray.
The chemicals provided in this startup kit are not enough to treat a 3/4 acre lot every 3-4 weeks all season long. You will need extra chemical as you use it.
