Pesticides don't have an expiration date. They are not like pharmaceutical or food products. Some have a REL date which is the date it was released.
Termidor SC should last 5+ years in a concentrate form.
Termidor SC is a water based concentrate. It is mixed with water at a rate of .80 oz per gallon of water to make a water based liquid dilution.

Not sure what you are referring to. This doesn't have anything to do with the life of the chemical or an expiration date.
The supplemental label is for specific uses as permitted by the EPA. This was the case for Tawny Crazy ants in the Galveston area a few years ago. The supplemental label use permit expires at a certain date. That's what this is referring to.
Termidor SC does not have any expiration date. The uses on the primary label are permitted by law for an unspecified period of time unless those uses are changed by the EPA. In other words whatever the label says you can do, you can do it unless the EPA says not to.
I don't have an opinion on this. My information comes from BASF directly.
