Yes, Onslaught can be used for Carpenter Bees. Be sure to spray inside their nesting holes. Killing the exposed adults is important, but killing the unborn larvae inside the nesting holes is more important. Spraying and then sealing the holes with wood putty is recommended. Regular spraying of the wood may be needed (1-2 weeks) until the bees leave. Onslaught FastCap may be a better option.
