Larva Lur is a cricket and cockroach bait that contains a chemical known as "Baygon" or methylcarbamate. It is very effective on field crickets, camel crickets, grasshoppers, cockroaches, and some other insects that will feed on it.
Like all baits, it is only effective if the insects have enough to eat. If they eat all the bait, or the bait goes rancid (gets wet, hot, etc,) then it won't be effective.

I have used Larva Lur for over 20 years, and in my opinion, one of the best cricket baits ever developed. It is a professional use product and used by most pest control companies. Will it get rid of a large amount of crickets without using anything else?
Probably not.
I also recommend to use ePest IPM Bug Traps and place them under furniture, behind things, etc, to trap crickets.
Vacuum up any exposed crickets, throw away the bag (it will stink when they die), put out the ePest Bug Traps, sprinkle Larva Lur around the perimeter of the home, and even indoors in garages, basements, attics, storerooms, etc. You should see control in a few days once the crickets start eating Larva Lur.
If you still see crickets after 1-2 weeks, do it all again.
Hope this helps.
