Basically, there is no exact amount of coverage for this product. It applies at a rate of 8 oz per 2.5 gallons of water to the point of saturation. It completely depends on lots of factors such as the hardness of the wood, porosity, etc. If the wood is sealed or stained, it cannot be applied. Totality only treats bare wood.

In most cases, application would be similar to using stains, 1 finished gallon should treat 150 - 200 square feet of wood. Use a low pressure hand held sprayer not an airless to keep drift to a minimum.
