The simple answer is - it depends. If the soil is really wet then no. What happens is the Fipronyl molecules can't bond to soil and therefore are prone to being washed or "floated" away by water. If the soil is moist but not saturated and it cannot be washed or floated away, then it will stay but is then prone to being degraded to the point where it is no longer effective. For best results apply to dry soil and let it dry thoroughly.
